We identify Paris real estate to your specification. There is no Paris MLS (Multiple Listing Service). PREF's proprietary software focuses you on properties that reflect your criteria.

• We typically assist you to arrange purchase directly from the for-sale-by-owner market (more than 50% of Paris sales are “FSBO”) rather than relying on agencies.

Negotiate the Purchase

Together, we will enable you to negotiate the best price within your budget. This is where our knowledge of the current Parisian real estate marketplace and the French laws and language will help you get a better price than you might reasonably expect from negotiating alone or with a real estate agent. Often our fee is covered with the negotiation of a lower price.

Close the Purchase

We help you to make sure that “all the T's are crossed and I's dotted” at the the initial and final closings so as to protect your interest and ownership through the notairial process. At the end of our assistance you have keys in hand, utilities turned on and your property insured. We are truly a “turnkey” service.

Find French Financing for Your Purchase

We maintain banking relationships that can benefit your purchase and can assist in a written referral for you to obtain a French bank account or mortgage financing at favorable rates. French banks are quite traditional and prefer a formal, written referral from someone they know and that is where PREF can put you ahead of other property seekers. There is no obligation on your part in asking PREF to refer you for a French bank account or a mortgage prequalification.
